Privacy Policy – NextGen SEO & GEO
This document explains how personal data is collected, stored and processed in connection with the use of NextGen SEO & GEO, operated by Avitan Shai, exempt dealer (osek patur) no. 035728203, address: Yona Wallach 14 Apt. 30, Hod HaSharon 4504134, Israel (the "Operator").
1. Types of Information Collected
Basic identification (name, email, phone), business details, login data for third-party platforms (tokens), usage data, and marketing content.
2. Information Received from TikTok
When you connect a TikTok account we receive and store: your account identifier (open_id), and the access token and refresh token used to publish on your behalf. We also store the identifiers of posts published through the System. Your creator nickname and profile picture are received each time you open the publishing screen and are shown to you there, so you know which account the content will go to; they are not stored. The only scopes we request are user.info.basic and video.publish. This data is used solely to publish the content you approve and to show you its publishing status; it is not used for profiling, is not sold, and is not shared with advertisers. We do not read your feed, your followers, or other creators' content.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Providing the service, improving user experience, connecting to social networks (including TikTok) and Google, performance analysis, communicating with the client.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Information is shared with hosting, email, analytics providers, and external platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp) as needed. Information is not sold to third parties.
5. Data Security
Reasonable security measures are taken, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Data Retention Periods
Information, including TikTok data, is retained for 12 months from end of use or disconnection, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Deletion of Information and TikTok Data
Deletion requests (including TikTok data) are processed within 14 business days, including revoking the TikTok account permission.
8. User Rights
Review, update, delete, restrict processing, and object to use – by contacting the email below.
9. Cookies
Cookies are used for session management and usage analysis; manageable via browser settings.
10. Transfer of Information Outside Israel
Information may be stored on third-party servers outside Israel, subject to law.
11. Updates to the Privacy Policy
The Operator may update this policy; the updated version will be published on this site.

13. TikTok Data and TikTok's Own Policies
Connecting a TikTok account is also subject to TikTok's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time: in the System from the platform settings screen, and in TikTok from Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services. Revoking the permission immediately stops any future publishing on our part. Deletion of the data we hold is handled under section 7.
